Description:
At Amazon we believe that Customer trust is of paramount importance to anything we do. To continue building customer trust the Selling Partner Abuse team works with brands, merchants and customers to identify and prevent product abuse in areas such as copyright, trademark and counterfeit for our customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the APAC Selling Partner Abuse team in Singapore. In this role you will generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses. You will work closely with our machine learning and data science group in defining and implementing new initiatives. You will serve as the business metrics guru and insight provider in our team to assess, to prevent, and to predict e-commerce risk. You will do this in partnership with other Amazon teams including Product Quality & Safety, Selling Partner Performance, and Brand Registry across our APAC websites for Amazon.

The Selling Partner Abuse APAC team covers abuse for Retail and 3P in JP, IN, AU, CN, and SG. When brand partners notify us of suspected infringement of intellectual property or when we detect suspected fraud, we investigate and take the appropriate action. To continue building customer trust, we invest in processes, policies and tools to prevent product abuse and fraud. We are looking for a business analyst to help us generate customer insights, track existing and emerging abuse vectors, and quantify our progress across the APAC region. We measure our success in how quickly and accurately we identify and eliminate cases of fraud to protect customers, brand owners and selling partners across APAC.
