About Standard Chartered

We are a leading international bank focused on helping people and companies prosper across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

To us, good performance is about much more than turning a profit. It's about showing how you embody our valued behaviours - do the right thing, better together and never settle - as well as our brand promise, Here for good.

We're committed to promoting equality in the workplace and creating an inclusive and flexible culture - one where everyone can realise their full potential and make a positive contribution to our organisation. This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.

The Role Responsibilities

As part of the Bank's focus to put clients first in everything we do, the newly formed Operations function has launched the #Future Fit Programme, bringing together interdisciplinary squads to fundamentally change the way we work and optimise our Client Journeys across all business segments (CCIB, RB, PvB). The transformation will focus on adopting new ways of working and on managing, optimising and organising itself along client journeys, regardless of current organisational silos. An organisationally aligned and optimised client journey should ultimately deliver better client experience (leading to income uplift opportunities), a better control environment and increased productivity / lower costs.

OE is integral part of transformation office & key enabler of #FutureFit operations. As an OE Business Analyst, you will support our project leads on various projects across Businesses, Functions and Countries. This will provide you with an opportunity to build a network with stakeholders across the Bank as well as develop process improvement and project management capabilities. OE Business Analysts are driven, flexible and intelligent individuals that are used to challenging the way things work.
