KPMG's Managed Services team help companies better manage their functions and obligations. From incorporation of the company in Singapore and ongoing corporate secretarial services to Human Resources Outsourcing and Finance Accounting Outsourcing, our team is committed to relieve companies of non-core tasks so that they can focus on the business.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Process various payment according to client's Standard Operating Procedures and ensure payments are made within invoice due date
  • Maintain supplier records for clients
  • Reconcile between suppliers' statement of accounts to Accounts Payable sub-ledger
  • Assist in monthly end closing activities, ensure accurate booking and recording of all transactions and accounting journals for month-end closing reporting
  • Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules (for example PPE, accruals, prepayment, deposits) for clients
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required (for example cash count, stock count)


The ideal candidate should:
  • Hold professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent, or those currently pursuing ACCA, with more than 1 year relevant working experience are welcomed to apply
  • Be proficient with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Be able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
  • Be meticulous, organized, detailed and deadline-oriented
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
