Our client is a dynamic and well respected corporate finance boutique with an enviable reputation for completing deals and they are now looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager / Director to join the growing team.
This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for leading the full life cycle of M&A transactions, business planning & forecasting and providing strategic and financial advisory services to clients as well as overseeing the work of junior members of the team and continually looking to expand your network to increase potential deal flow.
We are looking for bright and enthusiastic senior corporate finance professionals who will ideally have an existing network across the North West but we are also open to experienced professionals who are looking to relocate into the area.
