An excellent opportunity has arisen at the Associate 2 level within Corporate Actions Audit Administrator which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate processing of client Corporate Actions Audit Administrator instructions for Global market events within a Middle Office or Custody environment. This will also involve working closely with Global (Sub) Custodians around the instruction confirmation process on behalf of a diverse client base.

What you will be responsible for:
Due to a strong growth in the Edinburgh Corporate Actions Audit Administrator department an excellent opportunity has arisen for Associate 2 positions within the Corporate Actions Audit team. The individuals will be responsible ensuring all client responses are instructed timely and accurate to the market or Sub Custodian by the Corporate Actions processing team across multiple markets and for a diverse client base.
In the role of Corporate Audit Administrator ,you will be responsible for:
- Accurately reconcile Corporate Action instructions
- Assist with training others on the Corporate Action audit function
- Deliver effective client service
- Prioritize workload to ensure all daily tasks are completed
- Collate and review daily reporting
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of pertinent issues
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving the Corporate Actions product
- Contribute to procedure reviews and ensure all procedures are fully understood

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Educated to a degree level preferred
- At least one year’s experience working in a corporate actions custody or middle office role.
- Candidate should have the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes affecting their role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and analytical.
Required Competencies:
- Good team player who is flexible to change and the needs of the business.
- Should be capable of working in a deadline/volume driven environment whilst maintaining accuracy and focus
- Able to priorities and focus on the most urgent and important task. Should exhibit skill in planning and monitoring workload including self-management in order to achieve goals within expected.
