In the role of OTC Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Act as a central point of contact for client queries and ad hoc requests on various derivatives topics and processes
- Liaise with offshore teams, shared services teams and other business units as required to escalate and resolve client’s service/operational issues
- Work on Client requests and projects (e.g. new derivative product onboardings, specific changes in the derivatives world (e.g. Libor change) or client change requests)
- Gather, transform and present data requested by management team or project teams;
- Support new Clients on-boarding (knowledge/communication to various teams and Clients/Investor Managers)
- Participate in regular client meetings and calls
- Assisting the Derivatives Onboarding Team in projects and new product types
- Support upon request on specific trade processing and valuation topics and/or issues
- Perform other duties as required
To be successful in this role, your experience should include:
- University degree in Finance, or related fields;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry in areas such as: Derivatives valuation, Derivatives trade processing, Asset Management, Fund Accounting, Reporting;
- Experience with Derivatives products and/or client service;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
- Experience with working with offshore teams would be an advantage;
- High level proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluent in written and oral English is required, any other language is an advantage.

- Ability to work under minimum supervision on the assigned task/project.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, applications and expand current knowledge;
- Aptitude for seeking out solutions and knowledge independently;
- Ability to break down a problem/process into sequential and logical steps;
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly effective communication and organization skills.
