We are looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager to join our expanding Bristol office.
Working as part of an experienced team, you will provide a range of corporate finance advisory services to private businesses of varying sizes ranging from SMEs to large corporates.
This role will enable you to take full advantage of the hybrid working that we offer to all of our people. Whether you’re working from the office, from home or from a client site, we support our people to achieve the right balance of flexibility in line with delivering excellent client service
This position will also give you the opportunity to be part of our Business Development, Mentoring and CSR activities, all of which will combine to aid your overall career development.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team with Lead Advisory M&A Work
- Strategic Advisory Projects
- Conducting Financial Due Diligence
- Financial Modelling
- Equity and Debt Fundraising
What we are looking for
To be considered for the role, you will need to be:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and prospects
- Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities that may benefit our clients
- Keen to contribute to the firm’s business development activities
- Well organised with strong attention to detail levels
- A real team player who can work well under pressure
