Role description

Job Description:

The Capital Markets Analyst will assist in various monthly and quarterly consolidation and reconciliation activities related to the Company’s debt portfolio, letters of credit, credit lines, guarantees, and shareholders. In addition, the position will be responsible for coordinating with global business finance colleagues on ad hoc requests related to leasing analyses as well as letters of credit and guarantees. The position will involve frequent, close coordination with the other members of the Capital Markets team in Wilmington.

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidation & Reconciliation

  • Consolidate, aggregate and perform quality/variance review of global letters of credit reporting (Quarterly)
  • Consolidate, aggregate and perform quality/variance review of global credit line reporting (Quarterly)
  • Consolidate, aggregate and perform quality/variance review of global intercompany and external guarantees reporting (Quarterly)
  • Review and reconcile share count files provided by Computershare and facilitate Treasury review (Monthly)
  • Review and validate Quantum debt entries, ensuring consistency with external debt records/invoicing from Trustee and credit facility administrators (Monthly)

Ad Hoc/Upon Request

  • Review debt contracts and coordinate with Wilmington Capital Markets team to finalize Quantum entries of all major debt transactions
  • Handle Business Unit requests for new or renewal Letters of Credit and Guarantees; Ensure consistency with requirements; Summarize key terms for Treasurer + Capital Markets Lead for approval
  • Review Business Unit/FSRE requests for Leasing approvals (whitepaper and Excel models) in advance of Treasurer review

Skills

Other

  • Coordinate quarterly updates of DuPont cost of borrowing for lease accounting
  • Assist in compilation/quality analysis of Counterparty Limits report to ensure bank exposures are within policy limits
  • Assist in major financing activities (including document review and summary presentation preparation)
  • Perform ad hoc Treasury project work
