A growing FTSE 100 technology company is looking for a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will report to the Finance Director and will be focused on driving profitability within a strategically important business unit.
The Finance Business Partner will be tasked with providing insight into business drivers through P&L analysis, drilling down into client and product level performance and partnering with a range of stake holders including Sales, Commercial and Technology. Therefore this individual will require first rate analytical skills as well as commercial acumen and an excellent business partnering skill set. The Finance Business Partner will be required to influence and challenge decisions so a certain level of confidence and gravitas in communication is important.
Experience within the technology or software sectors would be desirable but candidates from other fast paced, complex businesses will also be considered.
The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with 1-3 years post-qualified experience in a relevant, transferable role.
