As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will be working for a multinational retailer in London.
Within the tax team and alongside the head of tax, the right candidate will support on a wide variety of issues ranging from indirect tax compliance, responsibilities for customs duties and ad-hoc indirect tax advice to the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Indirect tax matters
- Timely and accurate review and submission of VAT returns across the business
- Processing VAT payments to tax authorities
- Provide ad-hoc support to the business
- Drive improvements to VAT and customs governance and processes
- Preparation and support for making tax digital
- Support business with Brexit transition
- Support in managing VAT P&L and balance sheet
Experience/skills:
Essential
- Strong technical indirect taxes and VAT background
Desirable
- Customs experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree or Equivalent
- VAT trained at HMRC or tax qualification
