Responsibilities: -
  • Manage the fund level expenses, i.e. oversee (with help of COE team) quarterly recharge/billing, working in closing co-ordination with fund accounting & treasury team and be key point of contact for all project-code/invoicing related queries;
  • As part of the valuation cycle, liaise with fund operations team to update key assumptions including cash, external debt and line of credit;
  • Working with Senior Management;
  • Liaising with asset management and fund operations teams, update and consolidate quarterly cash distribution report and prepare summary cash distribution for treasury and accounting teams;
  • Coordination of quarterly forecast, including update of template, analysis of metrics including IRR/MOIC and preparation of forecast dashboard;
  • Preparation of quarterly management pack for senior management;
  • Other responsibilities will include ad-hoc project work, implementation of reporting efficiencies and support to technology initiatives

Key Skills: -
  • Degree and qualified accountant;
  • Experience with managing a junior or team desirable, but not a prerequisite;
  • 3-5 years of relevant financial services industry experience a significant advantage (Real Estate, Banking, Investment Management, Audit/Advisory);
  • Familiarity with financial controls and strong IFRS experience;
  • Experience with operating in robust financial control framework;
  • Strong academics;
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, VBA experience an advantage;
  • A relationship builder who can produce deliverables of a high quality and on-schedule;
  • Ability to work independently and to take on additional responsibilities;
