Treasury & Markets (T&M) provides total solutions to serve DBS clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. We are a leader in SGD and regional products with an excellent, customer-driven research capability and with cutting-edge risk management technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the revenue budget for your customer segments To collaborate with team members to achieve the team's revenue and sales targets for CAG
• To initiate and support sales & marketing activities within the team and respective segments towards successful close of deals.
• To work closely with various product sponsors and relevant stakeholders to achieve sales and revenue targets and to build customised structured solutions for clients.
• To market full suite of T&M products, DCE and corporate wealth offerings.
• Continuously keep abreast of markets, industry developments and competitive landscapes to remain relevant and competitive.
• To ensure adherence to industry, bank and T&M compliance and risk management framework.

Requirements

• More than 8 years relevant experience in marketing full range of treasury products - liability and asset side solutions with good client management records
• Good track record in sales and revenue targets
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• An efficient and effective team player
• Experience in relevant segments preferred
• Integrity and good work ethics
• Proficient in MS suite, Bloomberg, Reuters, technical analysis skills
• Data analytics and programming skills preferred
