Duties & Responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
  • Working with sales / purchase ledger
  • Credit control
  • Managing the department's post
  • Prepare Accounts Receivables & Accounts payables reports with regular intervals
  • Processing invoices & expense forms
  • Following and using Accounts systems
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Working closely with Head of Accounts across the business at all levels
