FP&A Manager

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for an FP&A Manager to work with an expanding business in Birmingham City Centre with travel to Nottingham.

Duties of the role will include:

To lead on all financial modelling requirements. This will include being responsible for all financial forecasting relating to funding requirements and development projects and any ad-hoc project work requiring a modelling input.

To support the finance department in respect of various finance and accounting matters, including the production of consolidated accounts and a common coding structure for all development costs.

To support the delivery of the Lending product, including research on potential partners, the development of the credit process for transaction approval and the financial modelling required to assess the viability of opportunites.

To help research and identify relevant funding sources to the Group, third party property developers and other agreed business sectors.

To assist with the drafting and commenting on business plans, financial agreements and to attend key meetings.

To assist with the preparation of funding pitches to funders individually and also to investor seminars.

To assist with the response to the due diligence requirements of potential funders to satisfy their information requirements.

To contribute to funding negotiations as part of the negotiating team in order to agree forward funding deals.

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

An excellent knowledge of excel and financial modelling.

Accountancy, finance, banking and/or legal background with investment and funding experience.

Will have an entrepreneurial approach to investment raising and will be able to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
