Essential Job Functions
- Assist with AP, AR and Banking for multi-entities
- Manage and analyze Bank Account Activity/cash activities
- Post transactions in system, including daily lockbox transactions
- Prepare reports as needed
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for specific accounts pertaining to AP/AR
Desired Education and Experience
- Prefer a BS in Accounting, however, will consider an Associates Degree and other Work Experience
- Prefer experience in a manufacturing setting
- Must have strong computer skills
- Need someone proactive with good analyzing and problem solving skills
