Our global Technology client based in Reading is seeking a Regional Accountant to join their talented team.

Description

The Regional Accountant role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant or passed finalist who would enjoy a varied role covering a range of both Financial Accounting and Management Accounting tasks including:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for a number of UK & European subsidiaries
- Balance sheet and profit and loss, budgeting and variance analysis
- Local statutory filing and working with external tax advisors
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting & completion of month end journals

Profile

The successful applicant will have recently attained an ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification (passed finalists will also be considered).

You will require excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for systems (Oracle would be advantageous).

Experience in a multi-national business and exposure to accounting processes and procedures for non-UK entities is strongly preferred.

Job Offer

There is a highly competitive basic salary on offer in the £45,000-£50,000 range, plus a generous car allowance of over £5,000 per annum in addition to an annual bonus, 25 days annual leave and a wide range of additional benefits.
