Job summary:
  • Finance analyst to supply chain function, support management reporting, perform analysis of costing in supply chain / business case, support budgeting/planning process.
Job responsibilities:
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Assist in development of financial and operating budgets for supply chain function.
  • Prepare analysis/documents to division managers for performance review participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Support superior on client/customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs.
  • Support superior in participating and driving supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems (Lighthouse, power BI, etc.).
  • Oversee key administrative activities to ensure smooth running of the administration function.
  • Manage internal interactions with Central Service Finance, BPO and business unit on matters related to business activities to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues.
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) required.
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
  • Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Words, PowerPoint, power BI, other automation tools)
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge and application of local/international accounting standards, principles and practices
  • Demonstrated fluency in English (both written and spoken)
