What will your typical day look like?

You provide direct internal finance and reporting services for the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries (CBC). You work with other CBC Finance leaders and local teams to ensure the accurate and efficient flow of data into the General Ledger. You support with developing reporting systems and accounting processes that are reliable, effective and subject to appropriate internal controls. You assist with establishing dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Business. You challenge processes and inefficiencies striving for constant improvement. You build and maintain exceptional client service-type relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of service.

About the team

Our Finance team interacts with CBC business leadership to ensure they have timely, accurate and useful information which they use to develop or amend business strategy.  From a daily operations perspective we ensure that the controls, policies and processes are in place for our finance operations including time and billing, payments, salary payments, treasury operations and shared services in the CBC along with other normal finance functions.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

• Internationally recognized professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA),
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience,
• 3-5 years’ experience in a professional services organization,
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred:

• Experience with the following financial systems is preferred:
  • Practice Engine Practice management system (time and billing),
  • Infor Sun G/L System,
  • Nexus Expense Management System,
  • Vena Software Solutions – budgeting module.
