Greenwellgleeson are working with a successful Financial Services business in Birmingham City Centre to recruit a Senior Associate responsible for managing a team to provide effective Management Information. Duties will include:Ensure that the team deliver on key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & KPIs through effective leadership within the Investor Insight operationHave a clear understanding of the Private Equity industry and how vehicles are structured enabling you to formulate questions to the Clients regarding transactions and financial statementsHave a clear understanding of Private Equity terminology, performance metrics and types of fees and expensesWorking with cross functional experts to define the recruitment, training and onboarding plan for new colleagues joining the business. Creating an environment where we attract, retrain, and develop talentDrive performance management across your team, constantly raising the bar in terms of delivering an exceptional customer experience.Create a culture of right first time to make sure that both internal and external customer journeys are not impacted on Identify, initiate, and deliver continual improvement opportunities with particular focus on your frontline teamBuilding cross function relationships, managing, and influencing stakeholders to enable continuous improvements to our customer delivery serviceBe an effective agent for positive change, driving and supporting the change agenda.Communicate with customers on a regular basis, providing updates, handling client escalations Skills, Requirements, QualificationsProven success of operating in a leadership position in complex and fast paced environments, is essentialA highly effective leader with strong communication skills, with the ability to galvanise, motivate, engage with a team to deliver optimum performanceExceptionally people and customer orientated with a passion for delivering consistently good customer outcomesIdentifying how to approach work; prioritising and planning work in an organised manner, monitoring and measuring progressA professional qualification, (ACA, ACCA, CFA) is preferable but not a requirementDegree in numerate discipline is preferable but not a requirementConfident with managing stakeholders, internal and external, to a senior level. Influencing change and engagement, and well versed in reporting and presenting Previous experience of working in the Private Equity industry is desirableExceptional attention to detail and curiosity to investigate out-of-pattern items and to always ask "Why".
