EY’s Contractor Recruitment team, GigNow, is responsible to source, match and engage contractors for both client serving and internal facing roles. The Senior Associate Sourcing Analyst (SA) is responsible for sourcing high quality talent from internal and external sources, reviewing active applicants on open requisitions and analyzing recruiting data within defined service level agreements (SLAs). The SA will use basic sourcing strategies and tools to source and develop qualified contractor talent to present to Talent Acquisition Recruiters, turning over talent once identified and minimally screened.

This role will be part of a team of high performing sourcing analysts and will collaborate closely with the GigNow Lead Sourcing Analyst and the team of GigNow TA recruiters to establish robust candidate pipelines, provide market intelligence and drive usage of recruitment analytics to increase speed to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create multiple search strings on relevant job boards, perform proactive research in marketplace and use sourcing tools for most commonly needed skills in demand by GigNow hiring teams (example – IT related skills); review results of search strings daily to determine viability of talent based on skills needed
• Screen contractor candidates to determine interest in contractor work, general profile of skills, obtain resume and contact info – share resume/profile with appropriate TA to do a qualifying interview (QI)
• Present qualified referrals and active applicants to the appropriate TA Recruiter for continuation of the interview process.
• Work with TA recruiters for posting and unposting of requisitions through all available channels
• Create strategies with recruiters to ensure pre-screening questions adequately identify qualified candidates
• Develop and maintain reports such as market intelligence reports by correlating data from multiple tools/sources
• Serve as the single point-of-contact for referrals, manage communications with both referrer and candidate within the defined SLAs
• Create strategies with TA Lead Recruiters to increase qualified referral flow through internal and external networking channels
• Focus on special projects as needed. Example: communicating with current population of nonemployee contractors, inviting them to create a profile in GigNow for future work

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting related role with an aptitude for understanding IT and technology related roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
• Aptitude with networking and use of social media to further drive our candidate pipelines
• Creative ideas and suggestions on how to improve our internal client engagement, communications, operations, and execution of our active applicant process
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with organizational awareness and an understanding of how to manage sensitive relationships
• Refined communication skills, verbal and written, with the comfort-level to disposition candidates in a professional manner
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, autonomously, and remotely, without day to day oversight
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Tenacity in follow up with internal clients to ensure task assignments are completed in a timely manner
• Strong organization skills
