For our Client, developing company from the SSC/BPO sector, we are looking for Manager with professsional background in HR or Payroll department in Shared Sevices Center. Strong communication skills, problem-response skills are the most important things in this role. Apply and share your resume with me.

Your responsibilities:

• be a part of management team, working with short and long term goals, KPI’s
• support the payroll teams and delegate tasks
• ensure efficient service delivery in line with global procedures and local legal requirements
• support solving problems in the teams
• be responsible of coordinatation of work of the team leaders and the level of motivation in the teams 
• take an active role in coaching and developing the Teams Leaders administration and payroll knowledge, skills and competence 
• Cooperate with various partners all over the world via teams
• take responsibility for the results of the monthly and the annual team results - manage activities 

Our requirements:

• You have passion for working with people
• You have 3 years of experience in sccessfully people management in Shared Service Center
• You have knowledge of Personnel Administration or Payroll environment
• Your communication in English is a strong point - other european language is an asset
• You have a service oriented and customer focused background
• You have an ability to take decisions and delegate
