AR Team Leader with English
The role:
- manage staff development, providing leadership and guidance (up to 10-11 FTE)
- leading the Accounts Receivable team in the provision of timely, accurate and compliant order to cash services whilst seeking out opportunities for process alignment and improvement,
- creating work plans, ownership of KPI's to define team prioritise and co-coordinating the team to ensure completion and inputs into performance evaluations for the team members and manage unresolved queries in the team
- maintaining compliance within credit policies
- supervising blocked order lists / credit limit levels
- ensuring the team maintain a high level of accuracy and service at all times during transition process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree
- min. 3 years of experience in Accountancy especially AR / Credit Control
- experience in team management up to 10 members
- knowledge of SAP environment
- fluency in English
- ability to consistently meet deadlines
- strong organisational skills
