Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance department, including monthly management accounts & supporting analysis and managing a small finance team.

Client Details

Private Equity backed Manufacturing business, with c£100 mill turnover and multiple sites across the UK. The Finance Manager position will be based and have responsibility for the site in Worksop.

Description

- Preparation of monthly management accounts & supporting commentary

- Management of the finance team (4 people)

- Monitoring stock levels and stock reporting

- Cash flow management & payment approvals

- Costing for new product development & commercial opportunities

- Liaise with Auditors and support year-end audit

- Ad-hoc projects

Profile

- Newly/Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

- Experience of managing a team or supervising junior employees

- Experience working within a manufacturing environment is desirable

- Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels

- Good attention to detail and ability to interpret results

- Experience of Credit Control is desirable

- Hands-on, enthusiastic 'can do' attitude

Job Offer

£35-40,000

25 days holiday (+ statutory)

Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office!
