Responsibilities

Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is one of Citi's most visible and consistently profitable businesses. As part of the Institutional Clients Group, TTS offers cash

management, trade financing, and commercial cards capabilities to large scale corporations, financial institutions, and governments while generating $8.5B in annual revenue. The TTS Operations group is looking to hire a senior leader run end-to-end Business Analysis and program delivery for multiple product program deliveries. This position will ensure delivery of core business capabilities and strategical programs towards our 2023 Vision and beyond.

For projects that are medium to large in scope/complexity focusing on the TTS Payments and Receivables infrastructure, to ensure that specific requirements for changes to applications are met through project management of the end-to-end process. This ensures the management of program execution following the standard SDLC process of Project Initiation, Definition, Design, Construction, Verification, Implementation and Post Implementation review.

Manage smooth program delivery and required testing, training, and onboarding for new products and functionality adhering to Client and regulatory requirements, ensuring keeping relevant teams e.g. Operations, Technology, Product etc. informed of progress along the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Senior point of contact for Client Operations, responsible for the coordination and successful end-to-end delivery of the various strategic and Transformational programs under Treasury and Trade Services (Cash, Cards and Liquidity Management)
  • Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy
  • Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
  • Engagement, Collaboration and communicating progress of the project(s) with various stakeholders across different business lines/functions/regions.
  • Ensures appropriate testing and validation takes place for all systems/processes delivered as part of each release
  • Track and monitor project activities against agreed business dates
  • Ensure documented reviews of project documentation takes place
  • Provide strong analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise to the group

Knowledge:
  • Strong Operational management background and skills
  • Experienced at program planning and coordinating inputs from multiple product and operational areas.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Cash Management, Payment Processing, TTS / Payment & Receivables.
  • Experience leading large-scale teams including market/regulatory driven initiatives
  • Strong partnership skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • A strong sense of ownership and delivering the end result
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
  • 15 + years of experience with banking and financial service organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role
