Accounts Payable Lead Specialist (Service Delivery team)

The mission of the AP Lead Specialist is to assist the Service Delivery (SD) Supervisor on AP issues/improvements, and to be allocated to entities with more complex process and vendor invoices.

This role also supports the training of the team members.

The main responsibilities of this professional include but are not limited to the following:

• Review and process invoices received in the ERP system or, in case of discrepancies, logged into in-house developed monitoring tool 
• Cooperate closely with Center of Excellence team within P2P team to resolve invoice issues 
• Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings 
• Support in the month end activities accurately in a timely manner (e.g., accruals)
• Update and review work instructions on a regular basis 
• Trained in/able to work for at least 2 different entities 
• Actively engaged in the training/set up of new employees 
• Involved in solving escalations assigned by the supervisor 
• Initiating and supporting improvements in different entities 
• Play active role in the backup structure to act as the replacement of the SD Supervisor  

Education & Experience:

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting 
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred

• Problem-solving skills 
   

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
