The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer's queries. They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.

This position is a critical member of Home Lending Servicing team supporting key strategic business priorities across HL Servicing. The analytical support we provide will support Customer operations, default servicing cash operations, claims and REO, Financial operations and Servicing REO. Person s hould have at least 3+ years of experience in SSRS,SSIS, Tableau, SQL. Understanding of Alteryx is good

Role Description
  • Should have at least 3+ years of experience in SSRS,SSIS, Tableau, SQL. Understanding of Alteryx is good
  • Should have a good knowledge of DEV-Test , UAT environment
  • Leverage prepared datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards inside of business intelligence tools
  • Analyzing datasets, building data workflows, writing queries to obtain data required for visualization
  • Meeting with stakeholders to collect requirements, review work, conduct training etc.
  • Support production dashboard applications through enterprise-approved processes and controls
  • Software and tool training and ongoing professional development

Scope of Role & Complexity
  • Participates in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function
  • Responsible for decisions that are guided by policies or established practices and that generally will have limited impact on company revenues/assets
  • In an individual contributor role, functions as a lead contributor with advanced knowledge of area of specialization and significant exposure to broad department activities

Minimum requirements
  • Generally 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field

Perferred Skills:
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile
  • 1 or more years of experience with Tableau software
  • 1 or more years of experience with Alteryx software
  • Experience leveraging data to support business decision-making
  • 2+ year of experience working with a variety of databases using SQL, or reporting tools
  • 3+ years of experience using business intelligence tools to build reports and dashboards
