INVESTMENT BANKING

Our division works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Specific responsibilities of the team include:

• Reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics to divisional leadership

• Drive Business planning and forecasting for IBD (both revenues and expenses)

• Management and control of the division's expense base• Liaison with IBD business unit CFOs (aligned to regions, industry, products), IBD regional finance teams and other stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:
• Report on Client Revenue Metrics - top clients of division, frequency of revenue generation, etc

• Drive monthly and YTD revenue reporting by deal size and product

• Oversee system used to report profitability by industry

• Track and analyze market share (merger, equity, high yield and inv grade) globally and by region

• Report and analyze expenses by region and at the divisional level

• Analyze travel and entertainment spend to drive expense recoverability

• Client Profitability and Competitor Analysis

Basic Qualifications:
• Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products
