Order-to-cash, Accounts Receivables Intern

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), a global leader in the design and development of taste and scent experiences enjoyed in thousands of products sold around the world, is proud to launch its Global Service Center in Budapest which is located in the inner-city at the new Mill Park facility. 

What You Will Do:

As an AR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the full-time analysts in:
●    Process local invoices for an affiliate in LATAM through SAP.
●    Issue proforma invoices of export.
●    Generate and fill out form of operational code for warehouse.
●    Performing web-billing activities, upload and enter data of customer invoices on customer's portal, SAP and email.
●    Maintain billing mailbox, sort out / forward emails to correspondent person
●    Suggesting process improvements where possible

What You Bring to IFF

In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization. 

●    Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both verbal and written
●    Ongoing upper-level education, preferably in the field of economics or business 
●    Availability to work from latest 8.00 am five times a week for at least 4 hours daily, 20 hours a week overall minimum 
●    Previous internship experience can be advantageous
●    Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
●    A good understanding of an ERP (SAP ECC) system experience advantageous
●    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy 
●    Great customer service is essential
●    Being a team player with a can-do-mentality
●    Critical thinking is a must 
●    Monotonicity handling
●    Basic understanding of general accounting processes is a plus
●    Knowledge of ERP (SAP ECC) system is also a plus
