A cash rich and highly reputable Real Estate developer who specialises in Nursing homes are looking to appoint a technically strong accountant who can help out with the financial reporting and statutory accounts.
Description
- Own the statutory reporting for the UK entity
- Working closely with the auditors
- Liaising with external accountants
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Review and improve the internal controls and processes
- Ad hoc projects to support the Financial controller
Profile
- ACA, ACCA or overseas equivalent
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Great communication skills
