Your field of responsibility

Perform the role of Head of Legal Entity Finance for CSUK:

The role of CFO for CSUK includes the following requirements:

• Member of the Executive Committees on behalf of the CFO
• Chair of the CARMC, responsible for managing the allocation and maintenance of capital, funding and liquidity on behalf of the CFO
• Oversee treasury management and tax functions on behalf of the CFO
• Ensure the production and integrity of financial information and its regulatory reporting under the regulatory system
• Build and manage effective regulatory and compliance processes and strong working relationships with external regulators
• Anticipate, address, and manage the response to changes required by the Senior Manager Regime, SMR, on behalf of the CFO who also holds the SMR responsibility
• Provide valued, high quality information on both MIS and LE financials and advice to support the business in decision making and support the CEO in building and driving the entity strategy
• Have a clear position on how market conditions and UK regulatory agencies affect the financial function and business areas
• This position is a primary contact with our external auditors

Credit Suisse (UK) Limited (‘CSUK’) is a Private Bank and is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (‘PRA’) and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) and the PRA. CSUK is within the CS group’s International Wealth Management (‘IWM’) division and offers comprehensive advisory services and tailored investment and financing solutions to wealthy private clients and external asset managers in UK, Continental Europe, Emerging Europe, NRI, the Middle East and Africa. CSUK maintains its objective to be the private bank of choice to upper High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals. • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the firm
• Team management and leadership skills, ability to coach, manage and develop staff
• Experience of regulatory interaction
• Proactive, questioning mind-set and have the ability to constructively challenge processes
• Finance experience and an accounting qualification is essential
• Proven experience in strategic reviews and implementation
