Brilliant chance for a purchase ledger to expand their knowledge and focus on procure to pay (PTP) query resolution. This role if a fixed term contract for 12 months, based in Bolton and offering between £21,000 to £23,500.

Description
Duties include:
- Handling supplier queries
- Management of incoming escalations
- Management of critical supplier relationship
- Responding to escalated items with root cause and recommendations within a time frame
- Re-educating suppliers
- Solving performance challenges at the start of the process
- Assist with special projects
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in purchase ledger or procure to pay - essential
- Have experience working within a customer service environment - desirable
- Have knowledge or procure to pay processes - desirable
- Have shared service experience or multi-site business experience - desirable
- Have the ability to understand detail behind processes - essential
- Have advanced Excel knowledge - essential
