The successful Financial Analyst will communicate changes to Financial accounting to Country Offices as appropriate, managing offline activities to ensure all transactions are accounted for. Previous charity finance experience is desired, but not essential.

-Support and facilitate the hand over from external consultants
-Maintain and monitor records
-Reconciliation and substantiation to trial balances
-Provide support and guidance in finance matters
-Ensure compliance to financial control policies and procedures
-Support the year-end audit process
-Maintain and regularly communicate the charities policies and procedures
The successful candidate will be a motivated Financial analyst with good timekeeping skills.
The candidate will need to be at least part-qualified and have the ability to explain complex financial issues to non-financial staff.
Microsoft office knowledge or similar is required.
