Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50

I am currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50 to work for a global super yacht company on a temporary basis. This will be a 3 -6 month roles based in Central London.

Client Details

My client is a leading super yacht company; they build, rent and sell yachts to the rich and famous across the world. They have offices in London, Miami, Dubai and Monaco and have won numerous awards for their designs over the last 20 years.

Due to a backlog of invoices they are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50 to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50 with 3 years + experience to work for a multi national company from now going into the New Year.

Candidates with high end retail experience would suit this role.

Description

Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50, London

• Data entry of invoices
• Assisting in preparing monthly accounts
• Posting accruals and prepayments
• Processing payments
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Interacting with customers
• Ad hoc reporting

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk will need to:

• Have at least 2-3 years' experience within a finance function
• Have AAT
• Previous use of Sage X3 is desirable - Use of Sage Line 50 essential
• Be able to work independently and under pressure
• Have excellcent communication skills, both written ans verbal
• Be highly organised

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid £13-15 per hour depending on experience.
