Description

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, we are looking for 1 immediately available AP/Expense accountants to take charge of these responsibilities:

• Perform and audit employee expense reports for compliance with company policies daily
• Conduct daily monitoring, ensure prompt actioning of inquiries, research and notify instances of non-compliance, high spending, unusual data trends
• Assist in maintaining corporate's travel and expense policies and training tools
• Assist in producing monthly reporting and analysis of company's travel related expenses and travel policy compliance

Profile

• Experienced AP accountant, ideally with extensive experience reviewing and processing expense payments
• Strong communication skills - both Chinese and English
• Strong service mindset with internal business partners
• Ability to work independently and within a team
