Accounting Clerk – Route Settlement

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receipt of freight forwarder documentation (invoice, bill of freight) from drivers, co-departments
• Verification of certificates related to freight forwarder documentation (invoice, bill of freight)
• Performing route settlements properly
• Complaint handling (co-departments, suppliers, foreign center)
• Create Excel sheets
• Perform ad-hoc tasks
• Keep in touch with co-departments

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• High School Diploma
• Native Hungarian and intermediate English knowledge
• User-level MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• Able to work in 2 shifts (6-14 h, 14-22 h) weekly rotating schedule
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Precision, thoroughness, reliability
• Attention to detail
• Team player personality
• High level of problem-solving skills and proactivity
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial role is an advantage
