Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that daily and monthly valuations and unit prices are delivered accurately and on time
  • Ensure that the NAV are prepared in accordance with client's requirement and any exception in NAV and unit prices movement are explained
  • Ensure all daily processes have sufficient risk and compliance controls and all policies and procedures are communicated and adhered
  • Respond and follow up with any queries according to service standards with a stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Manage client's expectation and work with the relevant internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to meet the expectations and needs of the client while maintaining a level of efficiency and control
  • Identify control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedures to mitigate any risk or control losses
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and participate in UAT testing
  • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CA)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the fund accounting industry
  • Good knowledge of accounting and valuation methodology of financial instruments
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiations skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and external clients
  • Ability to initiate change and work in a growing and fast paced environment
  • Ability to anticipate issues and aggressively drive initiatives to achieve results
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure and tight timeframes
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously and prioritize work based on urgency
  • Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Excel (knowledge in VBA will be an added advantage), Word and PowerPoint
