Pathway to Strategic Business Leader 2022 – Inspiring and nurturing you to become strategic business leader of the future

The scholarship is organized by the cooperation of EY – ACCA – NEU

There's nothing quite like having a program designed exclusively for you star - Pathway to Strategic Business Leader (SBL) Program is just that! Pathway to SBL is awarded annually to a 3rdNEU student in Hanoi. This program will offer participants financial support toward their qualification, the opportunity to gain practical experience as an intern at EY Vietnam during summer and official intern sessions as well as SBL skills training and networking with your business idols.

The scholarship is valued at up to VND30 million including ACCA initial registration fee, annual subscription fee, exam fee and tuition fee for up to 3 ACCA papers, SBL skill training, networking activities with ACCA members- leaders and EY leaders as well as valuable gifts. 10 awardees must enroll as ACCA student 2022, take EY internships from December 2022 to March 2023, attend SBL training course and various networking events with business idols. The 10 runners-up will be awarded with EY internships, SBL training course and networking events.

Upon completion of relevant ACCA qualification and successfully pass the internships, all awardees, should they qualify, will have the opportunity of full-time employment with EY Vietnam.

Awardees shall sign an Agreement accepting the terms and conditions of the Program.

Awardee Requirements:

• 3rdstudents from NEU with priorities given to School of Accounting and Auditing, School of Banking and Finance, and Centre for Advanced Educational Program
• Maintain an average score of above 7.0 (out of 10.0) or 3.0 (out of 4.0) in the second year.
• Submit official transcripts at the end of semester

Recruitment process

Applicants will be invited to attend round 1- an online test, and if passed to round 2 - interactive discussions/interviews with professionals at EY Vietnam when original academic transcripts and proof of Vietnamese citizenship are required.
