Who we are looking for

The Intern candidate who will support the document digitization effort to meet corporate Customer Contract Compliance Oversight Policy (C3OP) standards. This involves physical document reorganization, digitization and recording in the Enterprise Content Management Solution (ECMS).

What you will be responsible for

As Graduate Co-Op Intern-6 months you will:

• Support the document digitization effort to meet corporate Customer Contract Compliance Oversight Policy (C3OP) standards. This involves physical document reorganization, digitization and recording in the Enterprise Content Management Solution (ECMS).

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Very strong business English skills is mandatory. Fluency in French, German and/or Italian would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg investment fund legal structures and Luxembourg regulations
• IT skills: working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• Economic or Law education or comparable experience in fund industry
