Global Audit and Transformation (GAT) is a multifunctional organization founded on controllership and simplification values. GAT Consulting is a team of experts that leads top strategic projects across all functions of Dell Technologies. We provide business solutions to executive business partners, leveraging our expertise in our core methodologies: Six Sigma, project management, and change management.

What you’ll achieve

As an Internal Consulting Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the evaluation of complex processes and/or business situations

You will:

• Participate in consulting engagements across Dell
• Support the identification of solutions and opportunities for improvement

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience/equivalent training
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Effective project management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and strong drive for results

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Six Sigma and process improvement
• Exposure/knowledge of multiple GAT Consulting core methodologies is preferred: Six Sigma, Project Management, and Change Management
• Experience in risk assessment or control design
