We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as an Executive with our Audit Learning & Development team.

The role involves:
  • Ensure initiatives and priorities in business area are aligned with strategic priorities of the firm
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support learning objectives and outcome
  • Ensure systematic implementation, coordination, execution of L&D programmes and
  • programme-related status reporting
  • Manage and oversee the smooth end-to-end operations of L&D for audit function:
    • Regular process updates using narratives/flow-charting
    • Reviewer checks on work performed by service provider
    • Assist on deployment of audit trainings to learners
    • Assist in ad-hoc administrative matters, including data collation, sanitization and preparation of reports and/or presentation slides
  • Assist in the review and analysis of learning results
  • Review and refine process and procedural workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Analyse operating practices and support in the evaluation and testing for technology-related initiatives


The ideal candidate should possess:
  • University Degree, preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a related field
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong thought-process skills
  • Strong in data analytics i.e. numerical and analytical skill
