The role involves:
- Ensure initiatives and priorities in business area are aligned with strategic priorities of the firm
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support learning objectives and outcome
- Ensure systematic implementation, coordination, execution of L&D programmes and
- programme-related status reporting
- Manage and oversee the smooth end-to-end operations of L&D for audit function:
- Regular process updates using narratives/flow-charting
- Reviewer checks on work performed by service provider
- Assist on deployment of audit trainings to learners
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative matters, including data collation, sanitization and preparation of reports and/or presentation slides
- Assist in the review and analysis of learning results
- Review and refine process and procedural workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
- Analyse operating practices and support in the evaluation and testing for technology-related initiatives
The ideal candidate should possess:
- University Degree, preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a related field
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong thought-process skills
- Strong in data analytics i.e. numerical and analytical skill
