As Finance Analyst, you will provide Finance Business Partnering support to the Cromwell Hospital (Kensington), producing the 3-year plan for the key operational departments and supporting the Head of Commercial Finance in consolidating the plan.

- Advising Department Managers on spend & forecasting performance
- Challenging Department Managers on spend decisions
- Financial analysis - variances to plan
- Ad hoc analysis - support Finance Director
- Delivering Management Information (MI) to Senior Management
- 3-year Plan for Cromwell Hospital
- Capital investment support
What you'll bring:
- Part-qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA (advanced stages)
- Proven track record of finance business partnering
- Experience of providing financial analysis
- Advanced Excel - essential
- Excellent presentation skills, strong communicator
- Attention to detail, ability to process complex data at speed
- Team player, proactive approach to work
