We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst within our Advisory Department.
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Assist in financial due diligence & Feasibility studies for M&A transactions
- Formulating Valuation strategies and executing valuation models for various industries (including Startups & Tech businesses) using different Valuation Methodologies.
- Build advanced and detailed business/financial models with excel or other modelling tools with sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Undertaking the Market research across sectors, industries and economies to support the Business plans.
- Strong grip on IFRS implementation and quarterly/annual reporting (mainly, IFRS 9)
- Preparation of detailed workings, reports and presentations for clients and internal discussion
- Provide overall support to senior team members in the execution of transactions and mandates.
Candidate Profile:
- ACA/ACCA/CFA with 5+ years of experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Advisory department from Big 4, leading Investment banking or private equity firm.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English language communication skills, including report writing
- Deadline oriented and take ownership of work.
