I am working exclusively with an established, and growing, UK-based Asset Management company to offer a 12-month FTC (Fixed Term Contract), seeking a compliance consultant that will provide compliance advice on conduct-related issues, and provide appropriate support to senior management, boards, and relevant committees.
The Role
My client is looking for an Compliance Consultant for a 12-month FTC, based in central London with a hybrid/remote working environment with a central office in London, for a role to start ASAP - to work in partnership with the wider compliance and Controls teams.
The Team
You will work outside the compliance and risk teams, you will report to both the CCO and CRO. Assisting directly and indirectly the wider teams and organisation.

The Duties
The duties of this compliance consultant role may include:
- Acting as a trusted Advisor delivering a service to the partners ad the business as a whole.
- Present as a subject matter expert on regulations including: CASS, COLL, COBS, BCOBS, PROD, PSR rules.
- Attend relevant business and compliance meetings and provide compliance consultancy to the business
- Develop and maintain a list of regulatory rules, guidance, controls, and risk ratings that relate to the business.
The Ideal Candidate
You would be an ideal candidate for this role if:
- You have a developed experience in Compliance, preferably within a financial institution: asset management would be beneficial.
- You have extensive knowledge of the FCA handbooks
- You have experience dealing with group, board, and partner profiles.
- Excellent communication skills.
