Well established and successful Private Equity firm headquartered in London is expanding its finance team to bring on board at Assistant Accountant level as driven ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier.

Private Equity firm based in London.
Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your remit will be the support the team with a broad range of accounting duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting with month end accounting duties including accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
- Responsible for the start to finish accounts payable process
- Bank reconciliations in multi currencies
- VAT Returns
- Ad hoc projects as required
Profile
Excellent academics essential - strong A Levels (A and B grade ideally) and / or 1st or 2.1 class degree
Technical ability around accruals, prepayments, accounts payable and up to trial balance
Ideally started ACCA /CIMA or ACA studies
Good mathematical ability - will be tested at interview
Excellent communication skills
Previous financial services or professional services experience welcome although not essential
