A Top 100 Accountancy Practice firm are looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team. You would be overseeing and controlling the workflow for a varied portfolio of 100 clients, largely consisting of Limited Companies.

Client Details

This top 50 accountancy firm is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking to strengthen its team by appointment of this Accounts Manager position.

Description

  • Organising and monitoring work flow of the Accounts team
  • Supervision, training and generally supporting the Accounts staff
  • Review of Accounts prepared by the Accounts staff
  • Meeting and liaising with clients
  • Identification of opportunities to sell additional services
  • Drafting letters ready for final clearance by the Partners
  • Contributing to the firm's Management team, taking ownership of specific areas and duties

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with 2+ years post qualified experience
  • Prior experience working in a Management position within Accountancy Practice
  • Able to balance the workload effectively including supervising others
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients
