Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

The Fixed Asset Analyst position is accountable for recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.
As a Fixed Asset Analyst - Operational, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
- Tracking the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
- Reconciling the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger and calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Reviewing and updating the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. Also, calculating asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable.
- Calculating asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable and preparing audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- Tracking company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's at least 2 years of experience in Finance.
- Have experience in fixed asset process and SAP
- Have good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and good problem solving skill
