Internal Audit Manager

Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing on-going risk assessment and the development of the annual internal audit plan;
• Define audit objectives, scope, and detailed audit programs based on risk analysis of the audited area. Develops detailed audit procedures and analytics to satisfy defined objectives;
• Manage, supervise and execute all facets of the engagement including planning, execution, reporting, and communication of findings;
• Update the Director of APAC region on a regular basis and Global VP as needed to ensure seamless communication on audit plan progress and communicates any issues/challenges;
• Maintain effective working relationships with management, external auditors and/or consultants;
• Assist in the professional development of staff including training, coaching and reviewing of staff’s deliverables.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive audit experience with a large size global corporation/CPA firm;
• Operational audit experience or experience in operations strongly preferred;
• Experience working with large data and performing data analytics a must;
• Experience with fraud/corruption investigation a plus;
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and other languages a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent is a must;
• Professional qualifications in CPA, CIA, CFE or CISA is strongly preferred.
