A leading housing and property organisation, based in Central London, are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their busy team.

The Finance Business Partner will join the country's largest housing association. This Housing Association builds more than 2,000 new homes a year whilst also providing further opportunities for residents - supporting people into work, improving neighbourhoods and focusing on sustainability.

Description

The Finance Business Partner based in London will:

• Work in collaboration with the business and business partner team to drive operational performance.
• Assist with monthly management reporting linking financial and operational metrics with commentary to provide insight into organisational performance.
• Deliver month end procedures including journal preparation, reconciliations, and support the management accounts production.
• Work with business partners and managers to produce financial analysis and service improvement.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and business planning.

Profile

The successful Finance Busieness Partner will:

• Be someone who has a strong attention to detail and has previously demonstrated experience within a similar role.
• Part qualified CCAB (Finalist ideally).
• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experience with: Month end & Analysis, Financial Planning and Analysis, Month End (and Analysis), Forecasting and Budgeting.
• Excel: V-Lookup and Pivot Table.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Offer

An excellent salary £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on previous exposure, plus an excellent benefits package including study support.
