Our client is a Europe leading legal service provider. In Asia, the company has established mature offices in Shanghai, Hongkong, Seoul and Tokyo. For their business wise, they are strong at providing legal services in M&A, PE, Life science, Real Estate, etc. with dominating huge share in the market.
- Being the collection point for supplier invoices and staff expense claims;
- Scanning invoices and expenses claims to Delhi accounts payable team;
- Following up on any payment issues with local staff;
- Attending to any enquiries relating to payments and timely and timely escalation of issues for resolution.
- Filing and keep good track of records.
Group Reporting - to ensure timely completion and submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts as per Group's closing timeline. Also to ensure that all required controls in operational process are adhered to in compliance with Group's policies and procedures.
Cash Management - to closely monitor cash-flow positions and timely settlements of invoices. To arrange for inter-company funding transfers and settlement as necessary.
Statutory Accounts - to identify management accounts to statutory accounts adjustments; maintain Chinese ledgers and reconciliations. Prepare the annual financial statements in compliance with Justice Bureau requirements and assist with the statutory audit.
Budget & Forecast - to collaborate with all departments and assist in the preparation of annual budget and quarterly re-forecast. Continuous monitoring of variances between actuals and budget and provide explanations.
- To assist with ad hoc analysis on revenue or cost as required;
- To assist in payment process and client accounts process if necessary
To participate in Finance Projects as assigned by Managers.
Bachelor degree (Accounting / Finance Management orientation preferred)
ACCA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification or in progress of completing the qualification requirements would be a plus
Minimum 3 years experience, preferably within an international organization.
Fluent in English is a must with very good writing skills
