A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time, hybrid home working Assistant Accountant role based in the very centre of Manchester.

Working for a very well established, global and market leading organisation.
Description
The duties include:
- Responsibility Preparation of monthly trial balance (accruals/prepayments/income deferrals and accruals, provisions, fixed assets) in line with standard month end timetable
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations of all relevant GL codes for upload t
- Analysis and confirmation of all intercompany accounts within the noted entities
- Liaison with Treasury and external advisors in respect of funding transfers
- Assistance with ad-hoc SAP development (reporting/revaluation functionality) as required
- Liaison with external auditors in respect of Statutory audits, together with the provision of information
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be studying ACCA or CIMA and OR looking to progress experience - Essential
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
- Be driven and able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
- Have good Excel capability - Essential
- Be able to work on finance system SAP - desirable
